2 months agoI just was diagnosed with TNBC 2/19/26 I’ll be 69 next week. Having scans tomorrow to determine if it’s spread to bone or other. I’m very interested in herbal medicine and over the past 20 years got off all Rx but 1 that is for nerve pain but it was reduced to almost nothing. I’m hoping to avoid chemo but doubt that’s going to be possible seeing oncology in 2 days. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

2 months agoFacing a new cancer diagnosis while weighing treatment options can feel overwhelming, especially when hoping to explore alternative approaches. While herbal medicine has helped many people with various health concerns, triple-negative breast cancer is an aggressive form that typically requires prompt, evidence-based medical treatment for the best outcomes. The upcoming oncology appointment will provide important information about staging and treatment options that can help guide decisions. Many patients find it helpful to ask their oncology team about integrative approaches that might complement standard treatment, as some hospitals offer programs that combine conventional care with supportive therapies.

a month agoI’m 65 and was diagnosed Jan. 20,2026. Doing chemo now. The Keytruda 522 treatment protocol is the recommended treatment for most cases of TNBC. It’s successful. With an aggressive cancer you have less options. Sounds like you are healthy which will help. Lmk if you’d like to connect.
