21 days agoHello, I was diagnosed with TNBC Stage 2 about a month ago and I’ve already done two chemo sessions. I am in my early 40s and completely new to this. If you were to look back and do things differently, what would your suggestions be for me. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

21 days agoStarting treatment for TNBC can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to wonder about the best approaches during this journey. Many community members find it helpful to focus on managing side effects proactively, staying organized with questions for their medical team, and building a strong support network early on. What aspects of your treatment experience so far are you most curious about improving or preparing for?

20 days agoI would try using the cold boots during chemo. I also had stage 2a and am grateful to have no sign of disease two years later, but I do have lingering neuropathy in my feet from the chemo.

15 days agoHi and thank you for sharing your journey. If I could change anything during treatment is to stay more active. I would get so sick I wouldn’t get out of bed until my husband remind me about possible blood clots and weakness and muscle loss also please use those cold mitts and booties because neuropathy does linger like mentioned.

9 days agoMake sure you eat what you really like, you may lose your taste buds but don’t stop eating your brain can still taste the food and drink lots of water at all times , rest when you need to and don’t feel that you have to do everything by yourself and know that this is a journey you are not taking by yourself, there is support if you need some one to clean the house or cook some meals. Remember to drink liquids and rest
