2 years agoAnyone have vaginal sores and any suggestion on relief from them? I have triple negative diagnosis and get chemo weekly and keytruda every three weeks..:::I am one month into my treatment’s and sores just start flaring up.
Accepted Answer
Vaginal sores can be a challenging side effect during treatment, and speaking with the oncology team about symptom management options is important since they know the specific treatment plan. Many patients find that their care team can suggest gentle remedies or adjustments to help with comfort during this phase of treatment.

6 months agoI’m on TC chemo regimen every 3 weeks and definitely get vaginal/anal sensitivity & itching in the week after infusion. Apparently it’s a result of the mucus membranes being affected by the chemo.

6 months agoSpoke with my infusion nurse today and she says I can apply a small amount of witch hazel on a pad followed by a little Vaseline. This has brought me some relief. I was concerned about the Vaseline though...
