a month agoHi ladies I had triple negative stage two I did the chemo. I called it red devil and then I did the chemo once a week for 12 weeks then I waited a month and I had my surgery. I did bilateral mastectomy with no reconstructive surgery. I didn’t have to do radiation I wasn’t put on any pills I am now in my 10th year remission and I’m doing good. Sometimes my hand do tingle every once in a while my chest tightens up, but I don’t have any other problems. I am doing very well.

12 days agoInteresting. Glad you are well. My triple negative had a reverse protocol Did the weekly 12 chemos and then started red devil etc. Have done 2 out of four. Cold capped which kept half of hair for the first 12 chemos but bald now. Surgery after chemo done. Did they recommend bilateral mastectomy?

10 days agoGail J No my doctor didn’t recommend bilateral mastectomy, l told the doctor that’s what l wanted and he was good with my decision. I did bilateral mastectomy because l needed to feel comfortable and l did this surgery for my peace of mind, you have to do what’s best for you and you have to be at peace on what you chose for yourself.💕
