I have metastatic serous cell endometrial cancer, abdominal carcinomatosis. I began chemo Feb '26 and have completed 9 cycles of taxol/carboplatin with 8 cycles of herceptin. Next week is my CT, my CA 125 begin to increase a bit after the 7th cycle. My oncologist said we will change my meds if there is any increase in size or sign of new tumors. I am quite apprehensive about the potential change. I have managed the side effects of my current treatment, I live for the 10 days of feeling pretty good before each cycle. My sister had endometrial cancer, a different and even more rare cell type. She had 5 yrs and various treatment protocols before wasting away. I am hoping and praying for a better outcome, a few more good years. years.

It’s truly hard to face such cancer with uncertainty about which chemo/ immune/ hormonal therapy gonna work . I hope you hear good news in regard of CT praying for you . I think they will choose for you according to molecular study of the cancer cell such is if it is mismatch proficient or deficient, best to ask your oncologist about it

I will be praying for your sister and guidance of her medical team. I was diagnosed with Clear Cell Uterine Cancer, 11/2025. I had a complete hysterectomy, the end of December, followed by chemo, when they gave me a 6 week break, and I started radiation, I have one more week of radiation. I had no side effects at all from the chemo but the radiation is causing me diarrhea and dizziness. I only have one more week of radiation. I give God, all the glory.Tell your sister to pray daily and look for scriptures on healing and to pray for her medical team as well. One thing I noticed differently with my chemo. Each time I had the treatment, they gave me immunotherapy via IV along with it,which is recommended by Sloan Kettering hospital in New York. I wonder if this makes a difference, ask doctor about it.

I was stage 3. Praise God I've finished my radiation now. My oncologist said studies show if you have radiation after chemo you have a 95% you're cancel will not return.
