Why am I so weak after chemo and radiation?

16 hours agoafter chemo and radiation i am extremely weak, I can't even use fingernail clippers because I can't pinch hard enough to clip. My legs and arms are weak too. My legs are the worst - if I fall down i cannot get up which is not a good thing. I am 73 but before everything I could do things. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions or do you think I should contact my oncologist for his recommendation? Thank you. I cannot afford a gym membership.
