a month agoHi, my surgery is next week (Feb 2026) -- how did yours go and how are you doing now? Any followup radiation etc?

a month agoMy surgery went very well. I've had aweakness 2as the hard part. follow up after surgery. It felt like I was in slowly getting healed up. It is a process that can be so emotional just because it's overwhelming I felt relief and also needed help with everyday tasks. Resting was key to my healing.slow walks around the block after feeling up it. 3 months was a goal the doctor gave me.

a month agoFYI I didn't have follow up radiation because my cancer had not spread . Let your surgeon walk you through what kind of surgery and what kind of treatment best suits your case.
