12 days agoI was initially diagnosed with Waldenstroms 4 years ago. I’m now in a protocol with Venetoclax and pirtobrutinib daily. 9 months in my IGM is the lowest it’s been since my diagnosis. I have been fortunate in only having nausea as side effect. I found the anxiety of no treatment was uncomfortable for me.

12 days agoThat's wonderful news that your IgM levels are at their lowest since diagnosis - it sounds like this combination therapy is working well for you after 9 months of treatment. Many patients in the Waldenström's community find that having an active treatment plan helps manage the anxiety that can come with a watch-and-wait approach, and it's encouraging to hear you're tolerating the medications with minimal side effects. Your experience with venetoclax and pirtobrutinib could be really valuable for others in this community who might be considering similar treatment options.
