We made the list! We’re excited to announce that Outcomes4Me is recognized as a 2024 Fast Company World Changing Idea. Honored as a finalist in the Health Products category, we’re receiving this award for our first-of-its kind, evidence-based patient navigation platform that uses AI and machine learning to help cancer patients navigate their care and improve their health outcomes–all rooted in the latest science.
Out of more than 1,300 entries, we’re among 127 finalists. All of these honorees are elevating initiatives and ideas designed to enact positive societal change.
We’re both thrilled and humbled to be a part of this world-changing momentum. Most importantly, we hope this recognition will alert more patients to the ability to use digital health to play an active role in their own care.
