3 months agoDaria, It does help to be as calm and peaceful as possible when going into treatment. Try meditation or medication or playing music. Reading or coloring books. Keep trying until you find something that helps calm you. As my doc explained earlier this year when I was diagnosed, FL is the best kind of lymphoma to have. It's very treatable and survivable. I finished 6 rounds of chemo earlier today and am looking forward to remission and living with FL. Chemo is tough but you are tougher and can do hard things. Rely on your care team. The oncology nurses are angels and they want to help you get through chemo. Check with your insurance to see if you have access to a nurse advocate that can help you manage the scary new world of cancer. Ask all the questions and continue to ask until you get answers that make sense to you. You will get through this. It's not easy but it is possible. Take care of yourself! Patricia, 65
