11 days agoI’m here on behalf of my 97-year-old mother. She had a Turbt on 9/12 and a rupture on 9/14. We have not even started to think about treatment because we are waiting for the rupture to heal. Obviously we don’t want anything aggressive. They were not able to get all of it, but they did get a good portion of it. Any advice or experience is appreciated: INVASIVE HIGH-GRADE UROTHELIAL CARCINOMA WITH SQUAMOUS DIFFERENTIATION. NO DEFINITIVE MUSCULARIS PROPRIA IDENTIFIED. GROSS DESCRIPTION A. "bladder tumor" and consists of a 4.4 x 2.3 x 0.8 cm aggregate of tan-white t rubbery to friable soft tissue admixed with brown-red clotted blood. Follow up imaging Said this about what’s remaining and it’s all I know for now: 1.4 cm irregular right anterior bladder wall mass, suspicious for bladder malignancy
