6 hours agoWorry is a very common part of life with bladder cancer, and many people in this community look for ways to quiet anxious thoughts. Some find relief in simple coping tools such as slow breathing, journaling, gentle movement, or setting aside a short daily "worry time" so concerns have a place to go. Sharing worries with a care team, a counselor, or fellow members can also lighten the load, and others here may want to share what has helped them find calm.
