How is triple negative breast cancer treated at 77?

Hello! I'm 77 and was just diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma 1.7cm in size. It's in the same area that I had Ductal Carcinoma in 32 years ago! It's negative for estrogen Receptor and under 1% Progesterone positive, which i think they will consider triple negative. 32 years ago, I had a lumpectomy and 33 radiation treatments. I am hoping at age 77, I will not have to have chemotherapy. I'm not sure if they will do a lumpectomy and /or mastectomy but, I prefer the least Invasive at my age. I am hoping I can take radiation again instead of chemotherapy, but, I have an appointment on Monday 8/17 at MD Anderson Cancer Center at noon. I plan to get a 2nd opinion and might prefer to go to Msyo now that Baptist Health has partnered with MD Anderson. And I am not happy with Baptist Health due to prior situations which happened there with my mother. Is anyone in here my sfe who has been diagnosed with triple negative Invasive Ductal carcinoma? If so, what was done for treatments? Thank you and God bless you!
