Hello! I was dx last June. I’m on wait and watch. Yes I get fatigued. My blood work says I’m alittle anemic. I’ve had early satiety for months. It feels like it’s getting worse and I’m dropping more weight. My question,”Is this normal in stage0 wait n watch ?” And “Can I have tips on diet for this? I’m a type 2 diabetic so carb and sugar have to be low.” PH

These symptoms during watch and wait can understandably be concerning, and it's important to discuss them with your healthcare team to determine if they're related to your CLL or other factors. Early satiety and weight loss warrant medical attention, especially when combined with fatigue and anemia. For managing nutrition with diabetes while dealing with appetite challenges, focusing on small, frequent, protein-rich meals and working with a registered dietitian familiar with both cancer care and diabetes management can be very helpful.
