This is an important question that many breast cancer survivors have, especially when dealing with symptoms that might benefit from hormone therapy. The decision about using estrogen cream after breast cancer treatment depends on many individual factors, including the type of cancer, current treatments, and specific symptoms being addressed. It would be helpful to discuss this thoroughly with your oncology team, as they can provide guidance based on your particular situation and medical history.

I am currently using vaginal estrogen cream 3.5 years after being diagnosed with ER/PR positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. I was stage 1 w/o LN involvement. My gynecologist suggested and my oncologist agreed with that. I use it twice a week as my gynecologist prescribed.
