Now being told I will be needing to take Kisqali along with letrozole. In the meantime running on only 30% of lung function still food is not to be enjoyed and fed up with not being informed or treated properly.

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated when dealing with treatment changes and communication issues with your healthcare team. Many patients in this community have experienced similar challenges with getting clear information about their treatment plans and managing multiple health concerns during cancer care. Consider writing down specific questions before your next appointment and asking your medical team to explain the reasoning behind adding Kisqali to your treatment regimen - you deserve to feel informed and involved in your care decisions.

My first round of treatment I felt that I asked all the questions and did everything right. But it seems they were always changing the targets. I discussed this with my oncologist. His response was basically we don’t know what the next goal is until we get there because we don’t know how you will respond and what the exact path is. I had to learn to just go with it because I couldn’t plan it. Hope this helps you.
