Chest tightness and breathing discomfort can understandably be concerning after starting a new treatment regimen. While some patients do experience various side effects from these medications, it's really important to contact your care team right away about these specific symptoms, especially anything involving chest tightness or changes in breathing. Your medical team needs to know about these symptoms so they can properly evaluate what's happening and ensure your safety throughout treatment.

6 months agoDo you have a port on that side? This happens to me, the port gets sore and stays that way about a week. But the right feeling for me is more in my neck and under my arm. Tell your doc, get it checked.
