How long can breast cancer stay in remission after chemo and Kinjinti?

I was diagnosed August 5th double mastectomy September 3rd stage 1. It was radical but it was worth it. Not going to have other Hooters put in. All I have read that it's a disaster waiting to happen long-term. Having fake ones put in that is. At any age! What is the longest that anyone has not had the ". C " come back after having 12 weeks of chemo with Kinjinti a biosimilar to Herceptin???? Of course I will have to be on the Kinjinti for the rest of the year through the infusion. And then apparently five years after that, on a pill. I realize this is the practice of medicine but I'm tired of being practiced on!!!!!!!!! Can't they just get it right??????? Oh that's right I wouldn't be able to make this kind of money on us if they stopped practicing and got it right!
