Has anyone experienced severe digestive issues with Perjeta treatment?

Yes I would love to talk to people that are doing Enhertu and perjeta. I have had 3 treatments, I feel full most days. This treatment seems harder than my original TCHP.

My Perjeta experience was horrible as I had uncontrollably diarrhea so my second treatment was only Enhertu which on the 4 day I crashed with extreme dizziness and fatigue. On the 6th day I’m a little better.
