Can Tamoxifen cause constipation?

Pain meds caused lots of gastro problems for me. I haven’t really had constipation with Tamoxifen but use Metamucil in my protein shakes to make sure!

I am not on tamoxifen, but my second chemo caused a bad bout of constipation for me. Start taking a good probiotic, that may help and a scoop of optifiber in the morning have helped me.
