Are muscle cramps common with immunotherapy?

I have been experiencing muscle cramps with the treatment of immunotherapy. Mostly upper torso. I am well hydrated, and magnesium, potassium, and calcium are within limits. I would love to know if it is just me, or are others suffering from this, and is there anything that helps?

Muscle cramps during immunotherapy are experienced by some patients, so you're definitely not alone in dealing with this side effect. Since you've already checked your electrolyte levels, it would be worth discussing this symptom with your oncology team to explore potential management strategies and ensure there are no other underlying factors contributing to the cramping.
