Has anybody post menopausal on letrozole or any other aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer ever had microscopic blood in a urinalysis?

This is a thoughtful question about potential side effects during aromatase inhibitor treatment. While microscopic blood in urine can have various causes, it's always worth discussing any new or concerning symptoms with your healthcare team, as they can properly evaluate whether it might be treatment-related or require further investigation. Other community members who have experience with letrozole or similar medications may be able to share their experiences here as well.

Well, I had a urogram with contrast showed everything from my liver to my bladder and everything was normal. They still want me to have a cystoscopy I think that’s ridiculous and invasive. I really believe it’s from the lack of estrogen in my body.
