Recast (or RECIST) refers to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors, which is a standardized way doctors measure how tumors respond to treatment. Healthcare teams use these criteria to track whether tumors are shrinking, staying the same, or growing during infusions and other therapies. It sounds like your medical team is keeping close track of your progress, which is an important part of monitoring treatment effectiveness.

Reclast is the generic name for Zometa. It is given by infusion once every three months to strengthen the bones which is especially important for cancer patients. The infusion takes about fifteen minutes, another fifteen before it will get you comfortable and access your port or put an IV in your arm. Hydrate well the day before and day of your infusion. I felt no side effects.
