Letrozole can sometimes help reduce tumor size before surgery, which is called neoadjuvant therapy. The response you're seeing sounds encouraging, but it's important to discuss these changes with your oncology team since they know your specific situation best. Your medical team can explain what this means for your treatment plan and help you understand the next steps in your care journey.
