Make sure you are well hydrated. Maybe get up more slowly, stand for a minute before you start walking. I don't have that side effect but I haven't been on it very long. I have had horrible fatigue since I had surgery over 6 months ago. I do find if I drink half a protein drink 3 times a day ,it helps.

My Dr instructed me to take it at night so I am sleeping through any side effects

Usually I get dizzy from dehydration. Meds can cause dehydration. Drink 8, 8oz water daily. I have to guzzle it down because I forget to keep sipping it .
