Many people in this community have found it helpful to share their TC regimen experiences, and connecting with others who've been through similar treatments can provide valuable insights and support. The side effects and coping strategies can vary from person to person, so hearing different perspectives from fellow community members might give you a better sense of what to expect and practical tips for managing any challenges that come up.

Hello, Umm, I just finished my last treatment on Friday. I handled it pretty well. The only side effects I had besides hair loss were fatigue 😩 and I lost my taste 😔 awful. Some minor bone pain, but Claritin helped with that.

I’m halfway though my TC regimen and at about 14 days in my hair started falling out, I am extremely tired (specially the days following treatment), I take Claritin every day for bone pain. I’m not sure why it works but it does and it works better than Tylenol XS.

Will you able to do daily tasks? How long the fatigue lasts?

I am able to keep the house clean, dishes, laundry etc. but not much beyond that and I take breaks in between. I have an Etsy store and was able to put it on vacation mode, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my orders. My treatment days are Tuesday, I suffer from constipation (from the premeds) so Thursdays tend to be my worst day. By Sunday and Monday I am feeling better. I did not think the fatigue would be as bad as it is. All that said; I am in a fb page for TNBC and there are so many ladies that are still working full time and exercising!! I’m in awe 😄
