a month agoHi is anyone started on doxil and what are the side effects and how successful has it been

a month agoDoxil (liposomal doxorubicin) is a chemotherapy treatment that many people in the ovarian cancer community have experience with. Common side effects can include fatigue, nausea, mouth sores, and hand-foot syndrome, though everyone responds differently to treatment. It would be helpful to hear from others who have been through this treatment - their experiences with managing side effects and how their treatment journey went could provide valuable insights for anyone considering or starting Doxil.

a month agoI had 2 doxil treatments. The skin on the palms of my hand and soles of my feet peeled off. A friend of mine with ovarian cancer had zero side effects on her hands and feet. Mine healed quickly after the treatments stopped. My skin often has side effects from various treatments.
