What are Enhertu side effects for ovarian cancer?

Fatigue was my biggest issue. It was hardest during the first 2 cycles and then improved. Facebook has an Enhurtu grip she can connect to. Wishing you both well

I was diagnosed with Stage IV OCCC in Jan 25. After initial Carbo/Taxol, I was on Enhertu for 1 year. Had minimal side effects. I took a full bag of hydration on infusion day. I think that helped. Also took another bag the day after infusion when I returned for Neulasta shot. On infusion day and the day after, I had extreme fatigue. I countered with a 3-4 hour nap in infusion day and then a LONG nights sleep. Maybe a nap the next day or two. I had only very mild nausea and a very mild headache. They were easily managed with meds, if even needed. I did do the ProLon fast-mimicking diet for 4.5 days around my infusion. Not for everyone but I believe it minimized my side effects.
