Has anyone experienced radiation after prostate surgery for rising PSA?

I had prostatectomy in Jan 2019 (Gleason 7 (3+4) Group 2 with one lymph node positive, so we are assuming spread). PSA was 0 till it went to 0.3 in mid 2021. Stayed steady till late 2023 and has been increasing till now at 1.5. I have had PET CT 68GA PSMA at 0.3 and 0.94 showing nothing. I thought I would be doing hormone therapy by now based on conversations over the years but doc has been holding off. I’m looking into if AI would be beneficial in what treatment plan to follow.

Hello man, I just finished up 28 days radiation treatment on March 12 plus I am on therapy and so far the only problem I’ve been to you hard time getting to sleep and constantly using the bathroom. Other than that I’m doing great.

I had my prostate removed in April 2018, then 35 radiation treatments in 2020. Undetectable until little over a year ago. Starting adt treatment this week. Orgovix and Xtandi. Also had 2 pet scans within the past year with all negative results. Last psa was 3.17.
