I have Stage 4 Prostate Cancer and just started a new Provicto treatment. Just had my first treatment and I am very weak and no energy. Is anyone else on this treatment and if so, how are you doing?

Many people experience fatigue and weakness during cancer treatments, and these side effects can feel overwhelming at first. Connecting with others who have been through similar experiences often provides valuable insights about managing these challenges. This community is a great place to hear from fellow patients about their treatment journeys and practical tips for coping with side effects.

I just finished my 4th pluvicto treatment. Fatigue for sure, I keep walking 4 to 5 miles a day, kind of a chore, but helps with the fatigue. The fatigue got a little worse after each infusion, along with dry mouth. Plus side my psa has dropped and my blood count has stayed steady Kidney and liver are holding up well.

None of us know what to expect if after 6 treatments, psa goes up. Psma scan is all I expect. Maybe a trial. I look at this as my last stand to get me 2 more quality years before palliative
