2 years agoNewly diagnosed 53 yo woman. Triple negative. Staged at 2B. Auxiliar lymph node involvement. Metaplastic carcinoma with heterologous mesenchymal differentiation. I was diagnosed two weeks ago, and chemo starts next week. I will be on the keynote-522 regimen. I have bradycardia (slow heart rate) and I am pretty scared how this will affect it. Interested to hear from anyone but especially anyone with experience with keynote-522 as a treatment or slow heart rate prior to chemo.

Starting treatment for triple negative breast cancer brings many questions, and it's completely understandable to have concerns about how existing health conditions might interact with chemotherapy. Many patients in this community have navigated similar worries about heart-related conditions before beginning treatment, and connecting with others who've been on the keynote-522 regimen or had bradycardia concerns could provide valuable insights and reassurance during this challenging time.
