I had surgery in 2016, and my cancer returned in 2023. Happy to share my perspective, if helpful.

Patrick...I am in the same situation. Total prostatectomy, PSA undetectable for 3 years. Now detectable with a hot pelvic lymph node by PSMA-PET. Getting 40 radiation sessions now. Hopeful that this will clean up any residual disease.

But what was you gleason score...And how was your pathology report after surgery...Did u have negative or positive margins
