My Prostatectomy cancer was 4+3. I had a Retzius nerve sparing prostatectomy. I am 62. It was on August 7th. I am still having urine leakage, but happy to say, had a full erection last night. Maybe had sex☺️. Maybe should have waited a couple more weeks. Didn’t think it was a possibility. I was on hear reading and searching for information. Everyone’s situation is different, but wanted to offer encouragement and hope!!!
