Does fatigue from Vidaza treatment for MDS get better over time?

4 days agoWas diagnosed with MDS high risk about a month. Have had one treatment cycle of Vidaza. Getting ready for my second cycle. Experiencing fatigue and some full head aches. I am 79. Does the fatigue get better as you complete more treatment cycles. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
