I was just diagnosed with CLL today. Just plan to watch and see at this point. But it will be nice to follow others with the same type of leukemia. I’m a 73 year old male.

Welcome to this supportive community where many members share similar experiences with CLL and the "watch and wait" approach. Connecting with others who understand this journey can provide valuable insights about managing day-to-day life and navigating appointments, and this community offers a space to ask questions and share experiences as things develop.

I was diagnosed with CLL in June of 2011. No treatment to date. I’m 80 years old. My white count has gone up and down. Most recently at like 11,000. No side effects

Jim D'Ambrose welcome to our world. I remember my first day of diagnosis of CLL and it can be a real wake up call but that was two and a half years ago and I still feel fine so let's hang on to that 80-year-old above whose had CLL for 20 years and hope we can pull that off. best of luck live your life and try not to obsess about it.
