4 months agoI found out I had stage 1 breast cancer on the 21st of July. Had surgery on the 17th of September and I am in recovery. This is more of a mental game for me than I realized. The physical cancer is gone but now I find that trusting my body to never let something like that happen again is a challenge. I don’t entirely feel safe in my own body which is really hard feeling to overcome.

4 months agoHello April! I think we can all relate to this. Even when the physical fight seems to be over the mental part is always there. I don’t think it will ever go away. One thing for sure, is that you are more in tune with your body. You listen more, you protect it more, and you treat it better, regardless of what shape you were in prior to cancer. Staying positive plays a major role in your health and recovery. Good luck! Stay Strong! 💪 “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”
