5 days agoI am having some worry/anxiety as I’m set for my final taxol/carbo treatment next week for stage 2 endometrioid ovarian cancer. Since my previous treatment I have had an increase in pelvic pain/achiness and I’m worried about it. I have a CT scan scheduled for 11/11, but I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this during chemo? My CA125 has been holding steady at 10 for my entire treatment.

5 days agoPelvic pain during chemo for ovarian cancer is a common reason to feel worried, and it makes sense to want answers. Aches can have many different causes, so the care team is the best source for what it means in each case. They can be told about any new or increasing pain before the upcoming scan, and the scan results can help them see the bigger picture. Members of this Ovarian Cancer community are welcome to share their own experiences with pelvic pain during chemo, and this space is here for anyone who needs support as final treatment approaches.
