How can I better manage pancreatic cancer pain?

My husband stopped the Tylenol and tramadol because it caused his bile duct to get blocked which caused his liver numbers to go sky high and got a very high number in his bilirubin. He ended up having a procedure to insert a stent in his bile duct. Now on oxy and it’s working much better

Had to have the stent I'm on a weekly patch lyrica nightly and oxy as needed im still working 4 days a week so the pain is being managed
