3 days agoAnyone having issues with poor balance, joint pain, foggy brain after treatment? Was treated for Stage 4 melanoma on my back. Immunotherapy ended the end of May. Have been trying to get back to my routine, but its been challenging. I do aquatic exercises at the Y 3x per week and try to use the treadmill and recumbent elliptical machines as well. My endurance is terrible and I have back, hip, and joint pain afterwards. I feel like I've aged 20yrs after going through all of this.
