6 days agoBody stiffness is a common challenge many survivors face after major surgeries and chemotherapy treatments. Gentle movement activities like stretching, physical therapy, or even short walks can often help improve flexibility and reduce stiffness over time, though it's important to work with your medical team to find what's right for your specific recovery situation. Many others in this community have navigated similar post-treatment effects and may have helpful insights to share about what worked for them.

4 hours agoI had my last chemotherapy infusion on December 9th 2025. A few weeks later, my feet and fingers have been becoming numb. Neuropathy is what it seems to be. I'm trying so many different things that I see advertised on face book and TV. None have worked so far. Does anyone have this crazy illness? If so, has anyone been successful in finding a cute or anything that helps. I'm desperate for some relief. It also makes your legs weak and my balance is terrible. I have to hold on to the wall or anything nearby. Any advice on what you're experiencing or using to help ease the numbness and electrical shocks. Thanks guys.
