How can I get support when facing cancer?

Does anybody have a problem with the government abuse program of tagging people on ethically with cyber abuse I have that with snack and slide corporation in Pennsylvania they are horrible people I knew them years ago have put out against them if you realize that I have not had one day where there has been some cyber abuse and I have a court order again without being a test I'm telling you on the scale for one to 10 it's not the chemo treatments I'm going through that is stressful it's a cyber abuse of testing on human beings as a behavior I just saw that Vanessa Trump just got saved you know she doesn't realize how important that not everybody has that money and it's not right that we have to be test bullet for a cyber program some people get it and some people don't and I was hoping you could look into that for me I think you know a lot of people have also don't have it but you're asking me to post things on going to do that cuz the FDA gave me an unresolved medical part that was malfunctioning in my body and I was supposed to get money back or just some form of help and as of today I'm a walking Time bomb but I'm grateful that I don't have cancer Dina God forbid if you have one of the same names that somebody in the government
