Has anyone had issues with a recalled medical device?

Hi apparently I just got another test that I still have practice and I said anybody ever have problems with the teleport that was recalled for problems with medicine in February 225 I just got I did get an email from the FDA that was one of the ports I had so many complications even a fractured skull but I don't have cancer anymore but I'm telling you I'm so not healed and I just want to say one more thing let me know.
