I'll finish by saying I take Ibrance and Letrozole. The tumors in my spine are gone. I have two cats who still sit on my lap 😁somehow, though, my family has made me feel as if I'm the one who did something wrong. Life continues on each day though. 🥴

It's wonderful to hear about your positive treatment response and those sweet cats who continue to show their love. Family dynamics can be especially challenging during cancer treatment, and it's unfortunate when loved ones don't respond with the understanding and support that's needed most. Many people in this community have faced similar struggles with family relationships during their cancer journey, and your feelings about this situation are completely valid.

YAYYYY🎉 That’s AWESOME news that the tumors are gone 🙌🏽 Since I lost my mother in 2016, I have never felt more alone. My children are living their lives and I wouldn’t have it any other way, but outside of my husband I really have no one

I know exactly how you feel. My mother is 90, so I don't want to burden her with this. In the short time I've been watching these posts I've realized how good it feels to write comments even if no one responds. You have me now, Danielle, if you need someone to talk to.

Awww Beverly 🥰 Thank you soo much! I REALLY appreciate that! I’m just now seeing your message! I find that talking to someone that KNOWS what I’m going through really helps me! I met a young lady the day before our surgery we were both at the hospital getting the injection for our lymph nodes… It wasn’t until she said… I’ve seen you before at Dr Wachsmuth’s office… I said then we must be on the same journey unfortunately…. We talk every day… Her journey is a little bit harder than mine but we continue to life each other up. She had a double mastectomy and We got out to walk today and to pray because we BOTH have to have a 2nd surgery! I am an INTROVERTED/EXTROVERT but I’m becoming more comfortable with sharing my story! I said ALL of that to say I would LOVE to connect! As an only child I NEED SISTERHOOD! Those that have not been on this journey have NO IDEA what we’re going through, emotionally and mentally! THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!
