Finding a new doctor to continue ADHD medication after your previous physician's retirement can feel overwhelming, but there are steps that can help. Consider contacting your insurance provider for a list of psychiatrists or primary care doctors who treat ADHD in your area, or ask the pharmacy if they can recommend local physicians who prescribe these medications - many healthcare providers understand the urgency of continuing established treatments and may be able to see patients sooner for medication continuity.
