What comes next after seizures and mystery symptoms following kidney surgery?

Im resting and recovering from parcel nafrectomy on my my right kidney, surgery was the 12th of February. Just as I was starting to get better ( about a week after surgery) I. start to have frequent passing out episodes and extreme anxiety and pain. I woke up at 3am throwing up blood and on my way to the bathroom i had a seizure, hitting my head and passing out. 911 was called and thankfully I was admitted. Overwhelming over the next 6 days they ran every test you can think of, but still no answers.Thankfully they were able to manage the for the most part. I confined to bed except to us the the potty, I understand that completely why. Trying to stay positive but I feel lost and alone. I've been in health care and in hospice nurse forever. Ive never experienced this before with anyone i cared for. Usually you get a cancer diagnosis and soon you have team of doctors there for you. Ive been asking for more information and trying not to go down the Google train on my test results. I could ether have a ear infection that has strep that has caused swelling and liquid on my my brain or it could be something else that has a life expectancy of less then a year. I have a referral to Nero doc and they ate review my case now. Has anyone been through similar things. I need to know what comes next

This sounds incredibly overwhelming and scary to navigate, especially when there are so many unknowns after your surgery. Waiting for answers from specialists while managing these symptoms takes tremendous strength, and the uncertainty about next steps is understandably difficult. Since you mentioned feeling lost and alone, please scroll down the page from the Home Screen of the app to find the Ask Outcomes4Me box to get in touch for a more personal conversation with clinical care experts, and remember the 988 hotline is available if you need immediate emotional support. The neurologist referral should help provide more clarity about your symptoms and potential treatment paths moving forward.
