When immunotherapy resistance develops, there are still treatment options available that oncologists can explore, including different immunotherapy combinations, targeted therapies, or clinical trials specifically designed for mesothelioma patients. The upcoming appointment will be important for discussing what the CT scan results show and exploring next steps that align with treatment preferences. Many others in this community have navigated similar situations and found meaningful ways forward, so sharing experiences here can provide valuable support and insights.

I have recently have some lymph nodes under my chin, by my right arm elbow, above my right chest area and also noticed 1 that has come up behind my neck area. I am having a biopsy done on Monday the 24th on the 1 on my elbow to see if from my Mesothelioma that.i was diagnosed in June of 2023. My oncologist is telling me that there is a chemo treatment that isn't the same as the more stronger chemo and that it may not cause any nausea. Has anybody heard of this that is just for Mesothelioma patients. I stated in the beginning of this journey that I wanted quality of life and no.chemo so I have been getting yekovo and opdivo. At first it was working but after 2 yrs it seems that isn't the case anymore. So not sure as to what is next.
