I was very tired after my first chemo. Most of that came from the meds I was on to counter any side effects. My chemo was for uterine cancer so my reaction may be different than yours. Take it easy afterwards and have someone check on you regularly. Report any and all reactions you may experience to your doctor's office - I learned this the hard way.
