I have had my first chemo treatment. It’s been about 14 days and I am starting to lose my hair. How do you prepare for this? Do you cut it or just shave your head?

Many people find that cutting their hair shorter first can make the transition easier to manage, while others prefer to go straight to shaving when they're ready. Both approaches are completely personal choices, and there's no right or wrong way to handle this part of your journey. Consider what feels most comfortable for you emotionally and practically - some find shorter cuts help them feel more in control of the process, while others prefer to wait and see how the hair loss progresses naturally.
