What are Clinical Trials?

March 4, 2025

"Participating in a clinical trial was not only a valuable part of my treatment plan but also a deeply rewarding experience." -Suzanne Garner, Stage II Cancer Survivor

I'm interested in participating in a clinical trial

What are Clinical Trials?

A clinical trial is a medical research study investigating potential new ways of treating cancer. Participating in a clinical trial allows you to experience new treatment options not yet available to the public. It also contributes to science and helps countless patients who will be diagnosed after you.

There are a lot of misconceptions about clinical trials but the reality is that these studies are safe to partake in and they exist for all stages of breast cancer.

Over the years we’ve created articles and talked to experts about clinical trials as linked in the resources below.
