Post-treatment fatigue is one of the most common and challenging side effects that many lymphoma survivors experience, and it can persist for months or even longer after treatment ends. The body often needs significant time to recover from intensive treatments, and everyone's timeline is different. Many community members have found that gentle exercise, good sleep habits, and working with their care team to rule out other causes can help gradually improve energy levels over time. Have you had a chance to discuss this ongoing fatigue with your oncologist to explore potential strategies or underlying factors?
